Triage failing domains

Lists domains where at least half the recent origin-fetch attempts failed. Click Run probes to fetch each domain's homepage and classify it:

• Parked / DNS dead — safe to delete. The domain is for-sale or doesn't resolve.
• Site OK — homepage extracts cleanly. Failures were probably stale URLs in the test set, not a service issue.
• Homepage broken / Needs investigation — keep and look at manually. Could be bot-walled, JS-only, or structurally odd.
• Bot UA fix available — primary probe failed but the whitelisted-bot UA (Slackbot) extracts cleanly. One click applies the per-site UA override.
